My real estate license has expired, how do I get it reinstated?

Jason Smith -

If a licensed agent or firm is expired for less than 60 days past their expiration date, also known as expired-grace, they will still be eligible for online renewal. Please refer to the online licensing site by visiting CORE

If a licensed agent is expired more than 60 days, you will be required to request reinstatement through CORE. If you have not yet registered an account, please do so. Once registered, you will complete a license reinstatement request and a licensing member will contact you within 10-15 business days with reinstatement requirements.

An expired firm which has been expired for more than 60 days, the firm will be required to place a new application with the Real Estate Commission.
